On June 12th, the launch ceremony of Paragonage's first flexible sodium ion battery flexible mass production line in China was officially held in Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone.
It is reported that the production line mainly focuses on the development and application of sodium ion cylindrical cells 32140 and soft pack cells, using advanced flexible manufacturing technology and high-speed production lines to temporarily alleviate the shortage of large cylindrical cells and high rate cells. After full production, it is expected that the production capacity of cylindrical cells will reach 25000 pieces per day, and the production capacity of soft pack cells will reach 900000 pieces per year. At the same time, the construction of a 5GWh compatible sodium battery intelligent automation production line has also started. After completion and production, it is expected to achieve annual sales of over 3 billion yuan and annual tax revenue of over 250 million yuan.
