Wafer manufacturing is the Pearl of Crown in current industrial manufacturing. High purity wet electronic chemicals are necessary materials for wafer manufacturing process, such as cleaning, lithography, etching and so on. They are also used in back-end packaging and testing. At present, the localization rate of wet chemicals used in 6-inch and below wafer processing in China has exceeded 80%. The localization rate of wet chemicals used in 8-inch wafer processing is increasing, while the localization rate of wet chemicals used in 12 inch wafer processing is very low.

Based on the forecast of China's semiconductor wafer production capacity in the future, ASIACHEM Consulting predicts that China's demand for semiconductor wet chemicals will exceed 0.6 million tons in 2025. 

Electronic gas is one of the main consumables in semiconductor manufacturing, display manufacturing and other industries, and is an essential key supporting material in the development of China's strategic emerging industries. In the field of semiconductor electronic gas, international gas companies such as air chemical, Linde Praxair, Air Liquide and Taiyo Nippon Sanso occupy the majority of China's market. In recent years, some of the gas products of China's local gas enterprises, such as the 718 research Institute of CSIC, Huate gas, Britech, Chengdu Kemeite Gas and so on, have entered the advanced Fabs at home and abroad. ASIACHEM predicts that China's semiconductor electronic gas market will reach 1.2 billion USD by 2025.
