On November 28, the launch ceremony of Qingtao Solid-State Battery Southwest Industrial Base Project was held in Pixiu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The project plans to invest a total of 10 billion yuan to build the first semi-solid-state battery production line in Chengdu, with an annual capacity of 15GWh.
Meanwhile, Chengdu Qingtao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed strategic cooperation agreements with Chengdian Construction and China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. Both parties will integrate their advantageous resources to efficiently collaborate on industrial park construction, industrial recruitment, industrial ecosystem cultivation, and market expansion for solid-state batteries, achieving synergetic innovation.
