PEEK & PPS Specialty Engineering pPlastic Technology Forum is to be held on Sep 10th-11th 2026in Nanjing, hosted by ASIACHEM jointly with PEEK & PPS resin producers, key raw material monomer suppliers, compounders and downstream users, to explore & discuss PEEK & PPS key processes, industry trends & market prospective etc. The conference would also arrange an investigation visit to the industry.
On Jul 31st, Dezhou City Ecology & Environment Bureau made the publicity of Dezhou Shihua Chemical Co Ltd 100t/a PEEK pilot project environment impact evaluation data admission for approval.
The project is a CNY9.05mn investment on a reserved land piece of 625㎡area in the fluoro-ketone unit in Dezhou Shihua‘s existing site.
Dezhou Shihua Chemical Co Ltd was formerly Dezhou Petrochemical Factory built in 1971, which changed ownership in 2007 and is now a wholly state-owned enterprise affiliated to the Chlor-Alkali Division of China National Chemical Engineering (CNCEC) Holding Co Ltd.
The company currently operates 390kt/a ionic membrane caustic soda, 350kt/a PVC resin, 100kt/a hydroperoxide, an industrial grade salt unit and, with the back-up of chlor-alkali industry base, possesses the mature accessory facilities of Cl2 gas, H2 gas, utilities, and other hazardous chemical production/maintenance etc.
