On Sep 30th, Hami Energy Chemical published the winner candidate for its phase I CTL project rectisol unit/hydrogen purifying unit basic engineering and technical service bid package, the first winner candidate was Hualu Engineering Technology Co Ltd.
The first winner candidate for ASU unit basic engineering and technical service was China Tianchen Engineering Co Ltd.
The winner candidate for WWT yard basic engineering and technical service was Donghua Engineering Technology Co Ltd.
And the winner candidate for site leveling, fence wall and viewing platform construction was China Coal Building Installation Engineering Group Co Ltd.
On Mar 28th, CHN Energy Group started the construction of Hami Energy integrated innovative base infrastructure project in Chahaquan Industrial Park, Barkol Kazakh Autonomous County, Hami City. The project is a CNY170bn investment, the first to apply the 2nd generation direct CTL process, also the first CTL project in Xinjiang. CHN Energy Hami CTL project is to furnish the final capacity in two phases, phase I to build coal mine, CTL complex, and wind/solar power generation units; phase II to jointly produce PX (para-xylene), PGA (polyglycolide) and other chemical products. Scope of the project construction should include 3.20Mt/a coal direct liquefaction, 800kt/a coal indirect liquefaction, in total 19 process units, as well as accessory utility/auxiliary facilities. Intermediate hand over is temporarily set as Oct 31st 2027.
On Sep 10th, CHN Energy Group opened the bid result for Hami Energy integrated innovation base project (phase I CTL) phenol/ammonia recovery unit basic engineering and technical service package. The winner bidder was SEDIN Engineering Co Ltd.
On Sep 5th, the company placed bid for Hami Energy chemical phase I CTL project powered compact work.
